• Racing mind. Unable to get crystal clear single focused thoughts. Too many thoughts.
• Lethargy, laziness.

And more….

Causes:

While there may be many underlying causes, some of them are listed here:

• Hyper Mind Activity: Constantly utilizing the mind. There is no space except deep sleep when the mind is not constantly at over work
• Excessive media and social media: See every notification, and keep mulling over comments, talks on social media, news channels. Excessive exposure to media and social media adds to clutter in the mind. We fill too much unwarranted information.
• Too many activities: To do lists keep piling up. And the moment one activity gets over, 5 more pile up. Constant decision making, excessive use of the mind to keep thinking on ways and means to achieve objectives.
• Lifestyle, temperament, diseases

How to control mind fatigue:

If uncontrolled it can lead to all sorts of serious health problems, including anxiety and burnout. This will also result in early ageing, and weakening the immune system, hormonal imbalances.

Lifestyle changes: The kind of food we eat, the kind of thoughts we entertain, the kind of people we hang around with particularly on social media.

Try to detox the mind once a day: Meditation is very good, but which kind of meditation? There are so many techniques, pick up the one which suits your mind the best. We advocate deep awareness meditation, log into our page, www.eternalenergy.in/deep-awareness and sign up for any of the interactive classes.

Detox from Media and social media: Try to be in groups who do meaningful discussions, about larger causes like saving the planet, animals, or humans. Avoid getting into too many groups where all negativity about other people, sect, caste, community, political talks, etc are constantly in the pitch. These all all add to clutter in the mind and may lead to more fatigue.

Take a look at all the activities that you do. What are the objectives of these activities? You can easily cut down few activities which are absolutely not so necessary or are focused on gaining self importance, or propelling views on dogmas, beliefs etc.
